TO SECURE A RESERVATION:
A 50% deposit is required and must be received within fourteen days. AMEX, Mastercard and Visa accepted. An International Money Order/Certified Cheque can also be sent to us by Federal Express (mail service to BVI can take up to one month). The full balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. A 4% service charge is levied for balance being paid by credit card.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellation occurring
*60 days or more prior to date of arrival = 20% cancellation fee *45 – 60 days prior to date of arrival = 50% cancellation fee *45 days or less prior to date of arrival = 100% cancellation fee

ADDITIONAL NOTES REGARDING CANCELLATION:
All cancellations must be received in writing. In the event of your cancellation, and if we are unable to re-book your EXACT rental dates a cancellation fee of 20% is still charged. There will be no refunds for late arrivals or premature departures.

Our ability to re-book cancelled dates will be influenced by the amount of notice we receive, the time of year and the demand of other vacationers. You may wish to obtain trip cancellation insurance available through your travel agent.

DAMAGE DEPOSITS:
A credit card imprint is required on check-in as Damage Deposit.

CLEANING:
Saba Wind villa is cleaned before your arrival and again following your departure. On each day during your stay, except Sunday and BVI Public Holidays, one of our maids will arrive to provide you basic cleaning. The bed sheets are changed 2 – 3 times a week, and the towels are usually changed daily. To help conserve water and protect the environment from detergent pollution, we ask guests to re-use towels a second day whenever possible.

Check in time 4:00 pm, Check out time 10:00 am.

LAUNDRY FACILITIES:
There are no personal laundry facilities available in Saba Wind villa. A public laundromat is located at Leverick Bay Marina.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES:
Baby cribs - $10/night (Babies in cribs are not counted in the person rates for villas) Additional person/children sleeping in villa on cot - $50/night.
